we’ve maintained many longstanding Aspen steakhouse traditions but given them an update.
our salad bar features locally-sourced products like handmade Avalanche cheeses, fresh baked bread, and produce like heirloom tomatoes, striped and golden beets, local Olathe corn, and local chanterelle mushrooms.
steak classics include the sirloin, filet and prime rib, but we also have prime cowboy ribeyes, prime dry-aged new york strips, and local grass-fed filets.
of course, we also have an extensive fresh fish & seafood selection, including clams, oysters, ahi, salmon, ruby red trout, king crab and lobster.
